About Our Firm

Capital Clinical Research Associates (CCRA) is a private clinical research center specializing in pharmaceutical research aimed at improving the treatment for emotional and behavioral health. We also focus on research evaluating emerging alternative and complimentary medical therapies. Our studies cover a wide variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, bipolar disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ADHD and seasonal affective disorder (SAD). Located in Rockville MD, we draw participants from the entire Metro DC area.

The CCRA team is made up of board-certified psychiatrists, experienced clinicians and highly qualified research coordinators. CCRA's medical director and principal investigator, Norman E. Rosenthal, M.D., supervises research and patient care throughout each study.
